Our team can help with a question about this page.
1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of mukundlife.com, including browsing products, placing orders and sending service enquiries. “Mukund Life”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating this website. “You” refers to a visitor, account holder or customer.
Read these terms alongside the information shown for your chosen product or service and our Privacy Policy. Product-specific conditions must be disclosed before purchase. Nothing in these terms removes any right or remedy you have under applicable consumer law.
2. Eligibility & your account
You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering a contract to place an order or book a paid service. A parent or lawful guardian should manage any purchase or enquiry for a child.
Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. Keep your account credentials private and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You must not impersonate another person, submit unlawful content, misuse another person’s information or interfere with the website’s security.
3. Products & product information
Our catalogue may include products from different manufacturers. Ingredients, strengths, pack sizes, directions, warnings, manufacturer details and applicable licences are specific to each product. Review the listing and the label before purchase and use.
Images are illustrative; packaging may change. We aim to keep descriptions and availability accurate, but mistakes can occur. If a material discrepancy affects your order, we will contact you about the available options, including cancellation and refund of amounts paid where appropriate. A listing is not a promise of a particular health outcome.
4. Health information & consultations
General content on this website is for information and does not replace advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified, registered healthcare professional. Do not start, stop or change prescribed treatment solely because of website content.
Follow the product label and appropriate professional advice, especially during pregnancy, breastfeeding, for children, or when taking other medicines. A consultation enquiry does not itself confirm an appointment or establish a clinician–patient relationship. Practitioner availability, fees, consent requirements and service-specific terms must be confirmed separately. This website is not an emergency service.
5. Orders & acceptance
Check the product, selected variant, quantity, delivery address and total before placing an order. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request; fulfilment depends on acceptance, availability, verification and any required payment.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will explain the issue and the next steps. Any amount collected for an order we cancel will be refunded through an appropriate payment channel. We will not substitute a different product or charge an additional amount without your agreement.
6. Prices, taxes & payments
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and other compulsory charges must be disclosed before you confirm an order. Available payment options are the options actually presented at checkout.
Where an online payment provider is offered, its processing and security terms also apply. Keep your transaction reference for payment queries. If a pricing error is identified before acceptance, we may ask you to confirm the corrected price or cancel with a refund of amounts paid. Promotional conditions apply only as disclosed with the offer.
7. Delivery & local express services
Delivery availability, charges and estimates depend on the address, stock and service offered for the order. Any advertised local express service or free-delivery offer applies only to eligible orders and delivery areas under the conditions displayed with that offer.
Delivery times are estimates unless expressly confirmed as a commitment for your order. If a delay or failed delivery occurs, contact us so we can explain the available delivery, cancellation or refund options. Provide a complete address and a reachable contact number, and report missing or damaged deliveries promptly.
8. Cancellations, returns & refunds
To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible, ideally before dispatch. If an order has already been dispatched, we will explain the options available for that order.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, expired, incorrect or materially different from its description, contact us with the order reference and a description of the issue. Photographs and the packaging can help us investigate, where reasonably available. Prompt reporting helps resolution; it does not shorten your statutory rights.
Any product-specific return window or change-of-mind condition must be displayed before purchase. For health and hygiene reasons, change-of-mind returns of opened or unsealed products may be restricted where disclosed and permitted by law. Such restrictions do not exclude remedies for faulty, unsafe or misdescribed goods.
Where a refund is approved or legally due, we will explain its amount, method and expected processing time. Refunds will normally use the original payment method unless another suitable method is agreed. Bank or payment-provider processing may affect when the credit appears. We will not impose an undisclosed cancellation charge.
9. Service bookings & changes
Consultations, therapies and retreats may involve separate providers and service-specific requirements. Availability, location, suitability, pricing, rescheduling and cancellation conditions should be communicated before a booking is confirmed or payment is taken.
Do not assume a booking is confirmed merely because you submit a form or send a WhatsApp message. If a provider cannot deliver a confirmed service, contact us for the applicable rescheduling or refund options. Any mandatory consumer protection continues to apply.
10. Reviews, testimonials & submissions
Submit only genuine feedback based on your own experience and information you have permission to share. Do not publish another person’s private or medical information, misleading claims, abusive material or unlawful content.
We may moderate submissions for relevance, authenticity and safety. Sending feedback does not automatically authorise its use as a promotional testimonial; permission should be obtained for that use and the agreed display name. Reviews and individual experiences do not guarantee a result for someone else.
11. Website content & intellectual property
Website branding, original text, layouts and other content are owned by Mukund Life or used with permission. Third-party product names, images and marks belong to their respective owners.
You may use the website for personal shopping and information. Reproducing, commercially distributing or misrepresenting protected content requires the relevant owner’s permission, except where applicable law allows otherwise.
12. Third-party services & availability
Links, maps, messaging tools and payment services may be operated by third parties. Their terms and privacy notices apply to your use of those services. An external link does not mean every statement on that site is endorsed by Mukund Life.
We may maintain, update or temporarily suspend parts of the website. We will take reasonable steps to assist with affected orders or services. Technical interruptions or events beyond reasonable control do not remove any remedy that the law gives you.
13. Responsibility & consumer rights
Products and services remain subject to the warranties, duties and remedies required by law and any express commitments made for the order. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted website access or that general information is suitable for every individual situation.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable product liability, fraud or other mandatory responsibilities. No clause prevents you from approaching a competent consumer commission, regulator or court, or exercising a non-waivable right.
14. Privacy & communications
Our Privacy Policy explains the information used for accounts, orders, support and website functions. We may contact you about an enquiry, transaction or service you request.
Marketing permissions should be separate from essential service communications. You can decline or withdraw optional marketing permission without losing access to unrelated essential services.
15. Questions & consumer grievances
For an order concern, cancellation, refund or consumer complaint, contact Mukund Life support at info@mukundlife.com or +91 93465 35354. Use “Consumer grievance” in the email subject and include your order reference, the issue and the resolution requested.
Correspondence address: Banjara Hills, Road No 1, Hyderabad – 500035, Telangana, India. You can also use our Contact page.
Consumer grievances should be acknowledged within 48 hours and redressed within one month of receipt, as required by applicable e-commerce rules. If you remain dissatisfied, your right to seek an appropriate statutory remedy is unaffected.
16. Governing law & updates
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The jurisdiction of competent courts and consumer authorities is subject to mandatory law; these terms do not restrict a consumer to a forum that the law does not require.
We may update these terms and display the revised date on this page. Changes apply prospectively, except where a legal requirement provides otherwise. The terms applicable when an order or service is accepted continue to govern it, subject to mandatory law or a later agreement with you.
A question deserves a clear answer.
