Our team can help with a question about this page.
1. Who this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Mukund Life handles personal information in connection with mukundlife.com, including product browsing, customer accounts, orders, enquiries and requests for wellness services.
Contact us at info@mukundlife.com with privacy questions. Third-party websites and services, including messaging, maps and any payment provider, also have their own privacy notices. This policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions.
2. Information you provide
- Contact and account details: name, email, telephone number, account credentials and preferences you choose to provide.
- Order information: products, quantities, billing and delivery addresses, order status and relevant payment or refund references.
- Enquiries: your selected topic, message, contact permission and correspondence with our team.
- Public contributions: the display name, rating, review or testimonial you choose to submit, subject to moderation and any required permission.
Our Contact form asks for general enquiry details, not a clinical record. If you choose to share health-related information for a consultation request, it should be limited to what is necessary. Any clinical intake or treatment record should be handled through the channel identified by the relevant practitioner, with appropriate information and consent.
3. Technical information & website activity
Our website and its service providers can process IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, error logs and session identifiers when you use the site. These help deliver pages, maintain accounts and baskets, diagnose faults and protect the website against misuse.
Saved baskets, login sessions and wishlist choices can be associated with your browser or account. This policy does not mean that every visitor is subject to optional advertising or analytics tracking; any additional tracking must be appropriately disclosed when used.
4. How information is used
| Purpose | Relevant information |
|---|---|
| Provide an account, basket or wishlist | Account details, preferences and session identifiers |
| Process and support an order | Contact, order, delivery and transaction information |
| Respond to an enquiry or service request | Contact details, message and information needed for the request |
| Maintain safety and meet legal duties | Security logs, relevant records and information needed to investigate an issue |
Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Optional promotional communications require the appropriate permission. We do not use health-related enquiry details for targeted advertising.
5. Consent & your choices
We use information to provide the service you request, meet applicable legal obligations and, where required, on the basis of your informed consent. Where consent is needed for a specific purpose, it should be requested separately and clearly.
You may decline optional information or withdraw consent by contacting us. This can affect a service that genuinely needs that information, but should not make unrelated optional marketing a condition of an order or enquiry. Withdrawal does not undo lawful processing that took place beforehand.
6. Cookies, sessions & preferences
The site uses WordPress, WooCommerce and wishlist functions. Cookies or similar browser storage support the following functions:
- Basket and checkout: remembering items and linking your browser to a shopping session, including WooCommerce cart and session cookies.
- Account access: keeping you signed in and supporting security checks.
- Wishlist and preferences: remembering saved products or choices, where the feature is used.
Some cookies last for the browser session; others persist for the period configured for the relevant function. Browser settings allow you to inspect, delete or block cookies and website storage. Blocking essential storage can prevent login, basket, wishlist or checkout functions from working correctly.
Third-party content such as maps may use its own cookies or similar technology. Additional optional analytics or advertising tools should not be treated as essential shopping functions and must be disclosed appropriately when enabled.
7. Maps, fonts & WhatsApp
Some pages load Google Maps and web fonts supplied through Google services. These requests can share technical information such as your IP address and browser details with Google when the page opens. Google may process that information under its Privacy Policy. Browser privacy controls can limit third-party requests, although page appearance or map functions may be affected.
Choosing a WhatsApp link opens an external messaging service. The phone number, messages and other information you share there are processed under WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy as well as our handling of the conversation for your enquiry. A link does not send a message on your behalf.
8. Sharing with service providers
Depending on your request, information may be shared with providers supporting hosting, website maintenance, email delivery, order fulfilment, delivery or an offered payment service. Only information relevant to that task should be shared.
Where you request a consultation or another provider’s service, information needed to arrange it may be shared with that provider with the appropriate permission or other lawful basis. We may also disclose relevant information where a valid legal obligation requires it or to investigate fraud, protect rights or address a security incident.
Your personal information is not offered for sale. Public reviews or testimonials are handled as described in the public-contributions section below.
9. Payments & financial information
Available payment options are shown at checkout. When an online payment provider is offered, that provider processes the relevant payment-instrument details. We may receive information needed to confirm, reconcile or refund a transaction, such as its amount, status and reference.
Our general enquiry form is not a payment channel. Do not send card security codes, banking passwords or one-time passwords through it. A payment provider’s own privacy and security terms apply to information you enter in its payment flow.
10. Storage, transfers & retention
Website records are held in the hosting environment used for Mukund Life. Providers of email, mapping, messaging and other requested services may process information in India or other countries. Any transfer must follow the safeguards and restrictions required by applicable law.
Information should be retained only as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, applicable accounting and tax duties, dispute handling or another lawful requirement. Account, enquiry and order records can have different retention needs.
You can request deletion. We will assess what can be removed and explain if specific records must be retained for a lawful reason. Backups may retain a copy until their normal replacement cycle, with access restricted appropriately; deletion from the live site does not necessarily erase every backup immediately.
11. Access, correction & deletion requests
Contact info@mukundlife.com with the subject “Privacy request” if you wish to ask about your information, correct it, request a copy, seek deletion or withdraw an optional permission.
We may need proportionate information to verify identity before disclosing or changing records. Do not send identity documents unless they are reasonably needed and a suitable channel has been agreed. Requests will be assessed and answered under applicable law and its time limits. Where applicable and in force, your legal rights may also include nomination and grievance redressal.
Some information may need to be retained to complete a transaction, comply with law or deal with a dispute. We will explain a relevant restriction rather than promise unconditional deletion.
12. Security & confidentiality
We seek to protect personal information through proportionate technical and organisational measures, appropriate access controls and limiting access to legitimate business needs. No website, message service or storage method can guarantee absolute security.
Use a strong, unique account password and keep login details private. If you suspect unauthorised use of your account or information, contact our team promptly so the issue can be investigated. Any legally required incident notifications will be handled under the rules applicable to the incident.
13. Children & guardian involvement
The website’s purchasing and account functions are intended for adults. A parent or lawful guardian should manage a purchase or consultation enquiry involving a child. Where a child’s personal information is needed for an appropriate service, applicable guardian-consent requirements must be met.
If you believe a child has submitted information without the necessary involvement or permission, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
14. Reviews & approved testimonials
A review you submit for publication can display the approved name, review text and rating publicly. Do not include private medical details, contact information or information about another person without permission.
Promotional testimonials should be published only with the contributor’s permission and agreed attribution. You may contact us about correction, removal or withdrawal of permission, subject to applicable legal obligations and any records needed to document the request.
15. Privacy questions & grievances
Contact: Mukund Life support

Telephone: +91 93465 35354

Use “Privacy grievance” in the subject and describe the concern without unnecessary sensitive information. We will route the request for appropriate handling and respond within applicable legal time limits. You can also use the Contact page. Your ability to use a competent statutory complaint or appeal mechanism, where available, is unaffected.
16. Policy changes & applicable framework
We may update this policy as the website, services or legal requirements change. The revised date appears at the top of the page. Where a change requires a new notice or consent, we will address that requirement rather than treat continued browsing as unrestricted consent.
Our responsibilities and your rights are subject to applicable Indian law and the commencement of relevant provisions. The Information Technology privacy rules and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 provide relevant background; the latter include phased commencement dates. This policy does not claim certification or replace any mandatory legal protection.
A question deserves a clear answer.
